Refunds and cancellations

Placed orders

Payments are taken in full before the order is confirmed. Once an order is placed, it is not refunded in StallMenu.

The event's own order policies say the same thing, and they apply to that event.

Duplicate or erroneous payments

A duplicate or erroneous payment is refunded to the original payment method. The time this takes depends on the payment gateway and the bank.

Failed payments

If a payment fails and the money was still deducted, the payment gateway reverses it.

Cancellations

Cancelling an order does not refund the payment. Any exception is handled outside StallMenu.
