What we store

We store your name, email address, mobile number, and password. For an event we also store the brand, contact person, stall numbers, and billing details, including a GSTIN when you enter one.

An order stores a copy of the items, prices, and billing details as they were at checkout. We store the payment reference and the payment method. We do not store card numbers.

Who processes it

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Email is sent by Resend. The site is hosted by the hosting provider that runs this website.

We use this information to run your account, take payment, issue the invoice, and tell you and the event company about the order. We do not sell it.

Who can see it

You can see your own registrations, orders, and invoices. An organizer can see the registrations and orders for their own organization. Other exhibitors cannot see your stall or your orders.
